Fantastic auction house. Accepts credit cards. Items as described. Receipt not sent automatically, but Daniel Horan sent one immediately when asked.
Excellent experience from start to finish. Wonderful, accurate descriptions of the clocks and the Schmitt Horan team was very responsive for any additional questions that I had. After winning my clocks, I arranged for The Parcel Room to do the packing and shipping (UPS will NOT work with Schmitt Horan). I have NEVER seen clocks packed as well as The Parcel Room had done. My clocks arrived in perfect condition, so kudos to The Parcel Room and Schmitt Horan for providing an exceptional on-line auction experience.
