I cannot say enough wonderful things about James Schmillen and Schmillen Law Firm. This man represented my X husband. I don't know how people can live with themselves by abusing others. Do not use him. Not displeased, extremely happy. Is that why you got rid of your ex client and kicked him to the curb lol?
James Schmillen was my ex-husband’s attorney. He won and kept on winning. The professionalism and the couth of this man is unreal! He is so honest, educated, fair, and full of experience. Unfortunately, because he was my ex-husband‘s attorney I was unable to use him as my attorney, but I would recommend him over and over again to everybody that I know! I’ve never met a more sincere and genuine man in my entire life.

DON’T DO IT. THERE ARE actually 1000’s of lawyers and paraprofessionals in Arizona. This guy left me hanging dumped me off on a new hire after I hired him paid $5000 retainer and told me he couldn’t tell me what to do, hardly advised me told me to trust him to do his job and protect me and then I was was already in the thick of the process.
