If we could give zero stars, we would. We booked a load with this company and handled it professionally from start to finish—on-time pickup, on-time delivery, proper tracking, and all paperwork submitted as requested. We arrived at the receiver at 6:45 AM for a 7:00 AM appointment and were not released until 2:00 PM. That’s over 7 hours onsite, and while only 4 hours may qualify for detention, the delay cost us our next reload and significantly impacted our revenue for the day.
