Karen is top notch; if you want a lawyer to look out for your (or your loved one's) best interests, she is that person. If you want someone to make you *feel* better, go see a therapist. Karen will not steer you wrong and she will stand up for you in every way. She is not afraid to say it like it is and will call BS when it's needed (even if it's your BS). You won't get a lot of *attaboys* from Karen; that's not what you're paying for. But when they come, they are worth it!

Unprofessional and demeaning behavior by an attorney named Karen. I contacted the office and left a very clear voice message requesting to schedule a consultation appointment with a specific attorney that came highly recommended by a family friend. I received a call from Karen the same day and her behavior on the phone was absolutely unacceptable from the get go.
