Very disappointing. Sought their services after a former employer constructively fired me for being queer. So I assumed the support for local 2SLGBTQ+ groups by their FB page, would make them a good fit. Turns out they don't actually care about defending queer rights or helping you stand up for them, it's pure money. This is a continuation of an earlier review. Time is of the essence. One wants to put these matters to rest as soon as possible. Challenging when the assistant doesn't add to the calendar - be it your counsel or opposing's. If you can, legally, put these issues behind you without legal counsel, do so. It's very expensive. Today morning I had a pleasure of dealing with Olga Tryfonova at Schmidt Law Legal Services. I was simply bowled over by her sincerity, honesty and transparency. I could feel the honesty and commitment in her voice. Please keep up the awesome job you are doing for your clients!!!!
Beware. Frequent staff turnover led to my case being passed off and fees continued to accumulate. After changing law firms, the matter they were handling was not set for trial, apparently due to unpaid invoices despite receiving a cheque back with the remaining funds. Be sure to do your homework before dealing with this firm as it appears to be a disorganized mess.
