This law firm was negligent in preparing a document brief which i had hired Jason Schmidt to do. They did NOT do proper services which ended costing me 35,000.00. When I discussed the negligence with Jason Schmidt he became beligerent and rude but in fact would not take responsibility for his error. Walk the other way if considering this firm.
They were incredibly supportive and able to accommodate a challenging closing with ease. I would absolutely recommend handling your home purchase or sale here! They made the process stress-free and seamless!
