We had a great kitchen-buying experience with Schmidt Twickenham. Sam and Patricia were a pleasure to work with and also very patient with us while we were deciding. Patricia’s attention to detail elevated our initial design into something special. Steve, the fitter, was brilliant and made the whole fitting process a genuinely enjoyable experience. Fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked into the Twickenham showroom, Umar was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful in designing the perfect kitchen within my budget. He really listened to what I wanted and delivered something even better than I expected. Communication was excellent, delivery was smooth, and any issues were handled quickly and efficiently. We are extremely happy with the design and quality of our lacquered kitchen. Patricia and Sam were so helpful with suggestions and solutions and we have ended up with a beautiful and well flowing kitchen which is a pleasure to cook in! Wonderful design, great value!
Choosing a kitchen is such a difficult process, Schmidt did an excellent job guiding us through this process, Patricia gave us so much guidance with the design and layout. She was so accommodating when asked to update the design software to reflect the different options available to us. The fitter, recommended by Schmidt, was great too. He started the job and didn't leave the site until he had finished.
