We've used Bryon for a number of mortgages over the past 10 years and every time he has been pleasant, timely, knowledgeable and most especially honest. Plus, we still get certificates from him for free loaves of bread at Great Harvest, which is nice.
I met Bryon through my work and immediately knew that if I ever wanted to buy a house, I would want to go through him for the financing. He is very personable and really cares about his clients. The home that we ended up closing on was at the very top end of what we would qualify for. Bryon did everything he could to make sure that the loan would go through. Bottom line, go through Bryon. You won't regret it!
