Don't expect any help from this firm for unemployment. I applyed in Sept 2023 for unemoyment and needed help with uploading documents etc No help at all Promised return calls which never came.Still waiting for appeal.Asked for help to find out about appeal as I could not reach them by phone Again no return call Not sure if they lost my mailed in paperwork or what happened but I officially give up on it .So very frustrated with this firm but they took my $$ and provided me no help at all trying g to find out what my status is... read more
