He has the local and far reaching connections that make things happen when they need to. His experience with real estate law and his capable and efficient staff have always made the complicated process of buying and selling real estate a less worrisome process. Experience is similar with the one posted. Al wont return phone calls and has his paralegal be the middle person and then you just don't hear from either of them. Her excuse is always that "hes in a meeting". He never takes a call. Losing a deal most likely because of their negligence.
