Poor communication, office staff based over seas in Europe with different hours and VOIP delay on calls. Broken English didn't help in understanding operations along with communication with brokera. All load board freight. Little to no direct loads. I personally was a company driver and the truck was in the shop more than 14 times in 4 months. Tractor and APU mechanical issues. Some people were very nice and wanted to work with you on the issues. Most issuea werenlack of communication between support team.

Great company to work for. Excellent equipment, great staff and dispatchers. Highly recommend to check them out. My dispatcher was Sara, very cool chick. And the owner, Alex is very sincere, polite young man, drove for years so he knows what, where and how! They do everything 100% legal and have a clean record. This company will likely steal your last paycheck and gaslight you about the reason. I documented and showed multiple people above me that the truck and trailer first issued to me had serious issues. They had to swap the truck out the 2nd day. They refused to swap trailers or repair the already damaged tarp. As a result, the conestoga tarp system ripped in half in the wind. I quit with some notice and they robbed me of my entire last settlement, claiming damage to the trailer. I have text and picture evidence with timestamps... read more
