My new... antique books about the Duke de Villars arrived in very fine condition. Everything in order. Fantastic packaging. My second time of using this brilliant firm.
Well, their offers are amazing. Books range, descriptions second to none. Just want to point on the communication and Client service side. The reason I m giving 2 stars as my wife's recent experience to buy book from them. The guys Timothy was responsive but unfortunately did not want to accommodate our request to send parcel to overseas as personal rather than purchase which we usually get from other sellers without problems. Bought many books from here. Dealt with owners specifically. The communication and accuracy of books left no doubt this is my premier book store. If you have bad experience here I must blame it on your own communication and knowledge. if by chance Schilb was in error. IF.. I have overwhelming confidence they will make it fair and right. If you've never bought an expensive book then this is the place to feel confident they will make you feel secure in your purchase.
