Updating my review after my initial experience. Joe reached out and completely turned things around. Communication has been great since then, and they got my taxes completed without any issues. I really appreciate the follow-up and the effort to make things right. Much better experience overall.
I had been doing my taxes with Joe for more than 10 years only to discover that they have been done wrong for the last five years, maybe even longer. Joe could care less and refuses to even acknowledge his mistakes. Do yourself a favor and find someone else who is respectable and actually cares about their clients and takes pride in what they do.
