***Issue has been resolved*** Beyond frustrated with the lack of communication. I have asked for over three months via email to have the forms filed with the IRS that my LLC has been closed. Instead, I keep getting responses that they are "working on it" or Joe is out of the country, etc. I emailed again this past week asking for an update because we are moving out of state and this needs to be taken care of before we leave. Still nothing. It should not take over three months for a simple form to be filed.

Updating my review after my initial experience. Joe reached out and completely turned things around. Communication has been great since then, and they got my taxes completed without any issues. I really appreciate the follow-up and the effort to make things right. Much better experience overall.
