Stepped up when insurance company tried to deny my claim and replaced my furniture within days so thank you Karen
Schewels in Bristol has always treated me and my husband respectful. The ladies that we have dealt with have always greeted us with kindness. Greeted us with a smile. They ask us if we needed help to let them know. They have never been pushy. They have always gave us their best advice. I would recommend this store to anyone!
A great place with fantastic service. Diana and the team even stayed late waiting for me to get thru traffic. They saved my week but more importantly my wife's happiness, which is the secret to outrunning heart attacks! Third time going to this Bristol VA location and they never let me down. Never giving my business to anyone else!
Great customer service. Goes above and beyond to help find what your looking for. Family environment and great prices. Delivery was excellent. Will be back. Outstanding impression. Thanks We appreciate you all
