This was the second purchase I've made from the Schewels Furniture store in Galax. Both times Rhonda was the sales Lady. She's a true professional in every way. She answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction to purchase the furniture that best fit my needs. If you're looking for the best buying experience, Rhonda will surely provide that service with a smile and NO pressure. Schewels offers quality furniture at a reasonable price and I highly recommend them.
Takes deposit and keeps putting off delivery due to what they consider unforseen issues. No discount for there delay. Horrible customer service at the counter. Sales person was extremely helpful but once transaction was completed the rest of the staff and owner were Horrible. Aimee was awesome and explained a lot of things about mattresses I didn’t know. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for furniture.
