Not knocking them to much because I wasn't looking to buy but I did walk around for 5-10 min and no one acknowledged me to ask if they could help
Really disappointed that nobody greeted us until we had been in the building for about 10 minutes. Even then the salesperson didn't seem interested in helping.
Greatly appreciate the excellent customer service I received from Angie and the staff in Amherst Virginia. Angie’s professionalism and friendliness was very welcoming and refreshing. Thank you!
