My experience was awesome everyone one was so so nice I was helped finding what I was looking for and doing the paperwork work was quick and easy will definitely recommend .
The employees are very friendly but the Lazy Boy recliner I purchased is terrible! I have purchased many Lazy Boy recliners in the past and they were great but this one has a defective reclining mechanism. I did not purchase the insurance therefore don't know if there is anything that can be done.It makes an extremely loud noise when releasing reclining mechanism handle an back will not recline unless manually pushing the back of chair. It is basically of no use!
