Excellent Service from the moment I walked in to ask about the process. Nico is a class act and keeps in touch with every step of the way. Notified me when the parts came in called me with questions right away! Absolutely the BEST experience I’ve ever had when dealing with an Auto shop! Highly recommend Schertz Car Care Center if you need any work done! Reasonably priced especially considering the quality of the work performed!
I've been using Schertz Car Care since 4 cars ago! Lol. Since my kids were in grade school... and my oldest is now almost 36. They are consistent and fair and reasonable. As a single mom, I was always trying to find a place to have my car serviced where they were honest and wouldn't try to convince that my blinker fluid was low. I needed a camshaft sensor replaced. Schertz Car Care Center quoted me a price lower than another local shop. I have taken several cars here and they always do a great job. This time was no exception. My car is running great - I even had a mouse who was unfortunately stuck under my car and they happily removed it for me.
