Serious Supreme Court Findings – Exercise Caution Mr Schembri, Partner at Schembri & McClusky, was found in August 2025 by a Supreme Court judge to have breached multiple overarching obligations under the Civil Procedure Act 2010 (Vic), including ss 17, 19, 20, 21, and 25. These findings are a matter of public record. He is currently under investigation by the Victorian Legal Services Board & Commission (VLSBC). Anyone considering this firm should exercise extreme caution.
He charges too much and does nothing. The first meeting is all he can do and then it boils down to an email that leads nowhere. But he charges well. My experience is bad. I wouldn't recommend him.
