Zero stars would be more appropriate. After my $5,000 retainer was exhausted with conferences between themselves, administration fees and worthless emails the cost estimate increased from $5,000 to $55,000. 11 times the initial quote. I would consider your alternatives before engaging any services this organisation might be proposing. I would have been better off flushing my hard earned cash down a toilet. Thank goodness I believe in karma.

If I could do a -1 ⭐️here I would...I didnt even feel as judged by the POLICE, as this man made me feel, I mean wasn't he meant to be on my side? I've never experienced such lack of empathy and arrogance towards a potential client. Stephen made me feel totally invalid and to make it worse, had no interest whatsover to my side of things.
