Zero stars would be more appropriate. After my $5,000 retainer was exhausted with conferences between themselves, administration fees and worthless emails the cost estimate increased from $5,000 to $55,000. 11 times the initial quote. I would consider your alternatives before engaging any services this organisation might be proposing. I would have been better off flushing my hard earned cash down a toilet. Thank goodness I believe in karma.
If I could do a -1 ⭐️here I would...I didnt even feel as judged by the POLICE, as this man made me feel, I mean wasn't he meant to be on my side? I've never experienced such lack of empathy and arrogance towards a potential client. Stephen made me feel totally invalid and to make it worse, had no interest whatsover to my side of things. Sorry if my case wasn't "important" enough for you!!!!
