Too Long; Didn't Read (TL;DR): I woke up with intense right shoulder pain and was not able to raise my arm. I saw a NP and 2 doctors at Kaiser and GS Orthopedics and was told it was a pinched nerve; take some ibuprofen. At the 30 day mark of my arm being non functional, I was lucky enough to be referred to James. In the first 2 minutes of meeting him, he stated I had a dislocated shoulder and put it back in. James is a magician! After just a few sessions, a number of nagging body aches that I had accumulated due to long term abuse of my body all went away. Sore back, sore shoulders, aching lower back, all gone! Plus I think I'm now standing about an inch taller than I was before. He has extensive knowledge of physiology and biomechanics, which enables him to work magic! I would highly recommend him over Chiropractic care, acupuncture and other means of trying to deal with a beat up body.
James is really good at what he does. He helped me achieve my goals with my fitness.
After back surgery 2 years ago I felt like things would never go back to a normal. And they didn't until I came in and saw James. I got a ways to go but I see the light at the end of the tunnel!
