If I could give zero stars I would. Do not hire this woman. She will take your money and then ghost you. Will not return calls or emails. I hired her to settle my father’s estate as he was part owner of a company and it’s been over 2yrs and we have gotten nowhere because of her dragging her feet and not performing. I am filing a complaint with the ND State Bar against her and I’m going for her license.
Hannah and her office assistant were very slow at responding to my questions. Avg response time was 3-4+ weeks and that’s with me constantly trying to get a hold of them. Eventually they just stopped responding to my phone calls and emails completely with no explanation on why? Very disappointing that they would treat a paid client this way. I would never refer this law firm to anyone. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
I have heard nothing for over 2 1/2 months from this agency or this lawyer I talked to this person one time and all I get from evidently her secretary we’re sorry
