Very unprofessional – I hired Susan as an inmigration lawyer, they used to take a long time to return calls, they lost my file for 2-3 mos, the bills they always used to come on time though they are good for that, they return my calls a couple of times nothing was filed and when I decided to descontinue the services they decided they don't give you refunds they took 1300 dollars from me for doing nothing.
