Scheels Scheels in Mankato has expanded and it's wonderful. They have anything you will need for almost any kind of sporting event. Their prices are higher than some other sporting goods stores, but they also have excellent quality. The staff is also very friendly, knowledgable and willing to help you find what you're looking for.
Rich and Louie I took my bike in to get it upgraded from a 7 speed to a 9 speed. As I had all new components installed all they had to do was adjust the F/R derailer systems. As the Bike Mechanic source said about customer service he/she is absolutely correct. I too will name, names because I'm tiered of contributing to these people's paychecks by paying inflated prices for goods and services. This town needs to get in check cause people are sick of it!! Jeff at Scheels Your bike mechanic source says: I'm gonna say this first; Good Customer Service in general is hard to find in Billings, MT. Scheels is in a Shopping Mall (Rimrock) for God's sake and if you can't get decent customer service in a shopping mall then that really reflects how this towns moral and ethic values stand. Sporting goods Scheels is a very nice sporting goods store. It's comparable to REI which is a bigger chain however Scheels is local and family owned. Their store is clean and they train their employees to be customer service oriented. Prices are comparable to other sporting goods stores in the area.
A great shopping experience I was looking for some weights to do upper body training with and looked a other numerous competitors and found the cheapest and best set I wanted here at Scheels. I have to say their selection is great and their service is also nice. They take the time to tell you the difference between products and what would be best for whatever sport your tying to do.
For all your sport needs For all of your sport needs, I highly recommend that you give Scheel's a chance. Not only do they offer a wide selection of different sports of all types, but their staff is also very helpful in helping you with any questions you might have about anything you might want to know. They offer great service and repair work as well. They also offer a wide selection of clothing, and footwear with good sales so be sure to give them a chance next time your in the market.
last minute help with a smile I recently dug out my volleyball to find that it was in need of air. I had some other errands to run, so I decided to take the ball with as well. Apparently scheels doesn't have the best hours on Saturday...I thought they would be open until 9pm, as most major stores are, but they closed at 7pm...I believe it was.
