Always the best customer service. I have punched items in Hunting and even returns are easy.
Had an amazing customer service experience today at Scheels in Coralville. I received a few gift cards from family members via email. I accidently deleted one of them from my email inbox. After explaining what happened to the 3 ladies who were at the customer service desk, they took down my information and said they would investigate the issue while I shopped. By the time I came back to the counter they were able to find my deleted email gift certificate and I was able to use it tonight. Thanks again to the 3 of you that ass... read more
One of my favorite stores.
After having a crushing experience at the West Des Moines Scheels over exchanging a broken bat that was purchased just 3 weeks ago we called Coralville Scheels for help and they were so apologetic for our experience in the other location. We spoke to Kyle in the baseball dept. and he was a lifesaver! He right away got information on the bat and pulled what we needed. We drove 2 hours to do a 10 minute exchange at coralville because of their outstanding customer service and will continue to make that 2 hr drive for all future... read more
