Scheels never ceased to amaze me, and today was no different. The customer service I received today was like nothing I had in a long time in such a large mall environment. I had a special and unique situation, and I was treated as there is no one else in the store but me. I let a manager know how special I was treated. And now this review because they need to know this is imperative to be a part of their training for new employees!
We love Scheels. Everytime we are in the area we have to stop in. The store is so big they have all kinds sporting goods clothing, equipment and tons of taxidermy for the kids to check out. Nike, Owala, Stanley, Under Armor, Garnin, Mathew’s, Hoyt, Sitka, Pfluger, Raybans are just a few brands they have. My toddler loves seeing all of the different animals and learning the names of each animal!
