Make sure you get an attorney prior to signing anything! The owners do not care about any convenience that does not serve them! Very rude and will drop your event even after contract to move you with no relief or care. I would tread lightly booking here. Looks are deceiving. Very disappointed and put through hardship at their cost with no remorse! Do NOT recommend.
