Mark was truly a phenomenal attorney, and I don't use that word lightly. He took our very strict and difficult office lease that we no longer wanted and helped us solidify a great sublease. He was thorough with his work, and I felt I could be pretty hands off with the legal pieces as he quickly earned my trust after seeing some of his work. Mark Schecter really did an amazing job. He responded immediately it didn’t matter that it was Sunday afternoon. He picked apart my offer agreement and had me protected from the beginning. He handled all the correspondence and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I certainly recommend Mark to anyone dealing in real estate and personally will use no one else.
