I contacted Wanda during last tax year. They couldnt see me until May as they were understandably busy so I booked an apt for May 2025. They told me to file an extension since my apt was after the tax deadline so i did. I went to my May 2025 apt she told me to give her a couple weeks to look over everything and to this day she nor anyone in her office has ever called me back.
