I met Barbara about 3.5 years ago when I when in to sign Life Estate documents for my father. I don't know how my father found her-- perhaps a friend of his suggested her. My poor father was made to feel stupid and insignificant for any questions he asked and I shut up because she was so rude I couldn't wait to get out of there.
