Good quality products at this store, and very kind and knowledgeable staff!
Sorry to say service was not up to what we expected. Went because we were looking for guidance from stag but zero help not one suggestion it was like pulling teeth to get answer from question we had Our old dealer was great, might almost be worth the drive back to Hamilton. Paying too dollar for paint would expect better customer service.
I love shopping here. I have always gotten excellent, personal, customer service in this store. Whether it's what type of paint would work best for my particular needs, or what scent of Berger oil would work best for my home and personal tastes. Catherine is a gem and knows her products well. ALL of the staff here have been awesome. No big box store for me, when I get great service like this.
I often shop here when I need paint. I have spent thousands on Benjamin Moore Products and painting supplies since renovating my house over the last 6 years. BM is my favourite and preferred paint. I am the type of person who hangs different paint swatches on my walls and compares them over a few days and in different lighting conditions. I often paint with white (Chantilly lace, white dove) and compare a multitude of whites as they are not the same. Today around 2:30 I went in to buy ceiling paint.
