I love shopping here. I have always gotten excellent, personal, customer service in this store. Whether it's what type of paint would work best for my particular needs, or what scent of Berger oil would work best for my home and personal tastes. Catherine is a gem and knows her products well. ALL of the staff here have been awesome. No big box store for me, when I get great service like this.
I often shop here when I need paint. I have spent thousands on Benjamin Moore Products and painting supplies since renovating my house over the last 6 years. BM is my favourite and preferred paint. I am the type of person who hangs different paint swatches on my walls and compares them over a few days and in different lighting conditions. I often paint with white (Chantilly lace, white dove) and compare a multitude of whites as they are not the same. Today around 2:30 I went in to buy ceiling paint. I am so so so pleased with this Schaus Benjamin Moore, in particular. I’ll make the half hour drive every time for this quality of paint, the amazing customer service and dedication to helping me find the perfect colour for my home. I purchased a colour that just wasn’t quite right, and the staff (without complaint) helped me tweak it just the right way to make it exactly what I wanted. Couldn’t recommend more.
Excellent customer service and high quality blinds with Schaus! They came recommended from friends after seeing their beautiful and effective blackout blinds. We have used Schaus for two different homes and always a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them without hesitation in the future.
