Resolved my situation. You only go to lawyers for one reason. TO GET HELP. No matter what your case is or reason for talking with a reason you typically really need their help in getting something resolved or fixed. That was my situation exactly. They were able to get things fixed and squirt away for me. :)
Great defense lawyers They are top attorneys and their style is very good for a defense attorney. I will refer them to anyone who needs a great defense attorney.
I absolutely would never recommend them. They charge a lot of money and you don't get any results!
This is the most incompetent group of lawyers I can imagine. Most specifically, Michael C. McGinnis - their attorney in St. George, UT. This guy managed to drag out my case for 7 months and I got nothing for it. For seven months, I constantly had to contact the court to find out what was going on with my case. For seven months, McGinnis - nor his incompetent paralegal, Nicole Miller, contacted me one single time. I was in a very bad situation. I know that these guys did the best that they could for me. My outcome was still not the best but it was WAY better than we thought it was going to be. They really jumped leaps and bounds for me. thanks.
