yet another lumber / hardwood supplier in St. Louis that gate-keeps out average people with their anti-social business hours. Guess I'll never be able to shop here.

We have been a customer for well over 50 years. Friendly, accommodating staff with a wide range of excellent quality woods and sheet goods. Highly recommended!
Prices seem good, but they are deceiving. There sticks measure about 5-8% more then what a tape measure does and then they want to charge an additional 10% for milling services - calling in S3S. It is slightly better then rough lumber with “sort of” a straight line edge. Still needs to be seriously jointed and planed on all sides. Never a good experience when buying lumber there. Convenient but not at all worth it.
