I have had nothing but a negative experience here. I had inform them on some of the tax laws when I first started going. Since then I have tried calling and e-mailing repeatedly just to see if there are receiving my information with no responses because they are so busy. After going here a few years they did my taxes and sent them in totally not paying attention that I have itemized all the years with them and just claimed a standard deduction.
