Ordered a fragrance online and received a bottle that was missing 1/4 of the fragrance. It was also discolored and smelled nothing like the fragrance, which I've ordered several times from other local and online vendors. I asked for a replacement of the item, instead I was given $10 off with a statement that the product had been on sale and that fragrances evaporate, as if a sale and evaporation was a suitable reason for the quality of the product that I had received. I won't be ordering again.
