I ordered 2 of their products on Amazon and was only sent 1. I immediately emailed the company customer service and had a wonderful experience with Kyoungtae Yoo. Within a couple of days i had the second product that i didn't receive and i was sent an extra one. I have very pleased the the communication and how fasted they worked. I will in the future always say nice things and shop with this company again.
Did not get what was ordered and customer service would not help to rectify the issue
