I had the most awful experience with no respect for privacy or dignity. I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a massage. The woman repeatedly did not cover me with a towel so I kept doing so myself. She had to be asked to even close the door to the massage room. When I asked she argued and said the front door was locked which it clearly wasn’t as a man walked into the reception during the massage.
