Erin at the Ooltewah branch was so helpful walking me through how to set up and make my payments on my car loan. Explains things very well, very efficient and patient. I'll ask for her every time.
This branch was very friendly to walk into. Stephany was so helpful, kind and patient with an out of state transaction that took a lot of extra time. I am moving to this area soon and this will definitely be my new bank.
