Erin at the Ooltewah, TN Branch was Extremely Helpful with not only opening my CD account, but also with ensuring I downloaded the correct app & for got setup for online statements to avoid getting $10.00 monthly fees. Her Warmth and Friendliness were greatly appreciated by myself! ~~~ As I am sure they are by All the individuals she helps! [ And ALSO, each of the other persons who assisted me today at Scenic Credit Union were equally as wonderful as was Erin! ]
Say what you want but every year I have to adjust my loan payment every time something changes over there with them and it’s not just an easy process. You have to talk to them for days before you can get it fixed. I’ve had problems with them before on my account on previous issues and it seems like it takes forever to get an answer and it doesn’t get solved easily.
