Nate and his crew are amazing. I would definitely recommend using Nate if you need his services. Nate was not my first call, but I am glad I found him. I spoke to two other companies, and the people were rude and wouldn't give me any information, and kept asking for my late father's insurance information, which I found distasteful. Can't recommend scene clean enough! Utilized them during a very difficult time for our family and they were amazing to work with, walking us through confusing insurance red tape and making the whole process as stress free as possible. I’m extremely thankful for my experience with Scene Clean. From the first call with Jen, I felt a sense of ease that was a welcome relief. I had family members calling other companies too, none of them had resonated with us. (There’s a lot of confusing or more so, inflated levels of experience out there.) Nate and the crew at Scene Clean were incredible to work with! They made a difficult situation so easy, and treated everything with care and compassion. They also did an incredible job helping us with the insurance provider (who were of course a HUGE pain). We'd have been lost without Clean Scene!
I was in a jam and Scene Clean came to my rescue. My issue was mouse odor in a new truck. Scene Clean was super helpful even though they don't do small projects like this. I can't imagine how helpful they would be for paying customers! I would definitely use Clean Green again!
