Cannot find their location and cannot call them without jumping through so many hoops. Feels like a scam place now. They moved location, which I understand, but Google Maps, Apple Maps and Waze ALL have different locations so I couldn’t even track down where they are supposed to be. At their old location, there is still a sign that says Rize Credit Union so I’d think it’s on that property but it’s actually further down the street. But Apple Maps says it’s still there. I had lost my card on a Friday afternoon. I could not go on a Saturday cause I worked. I cannot go on a Sunday. I called on Friday. They said, go Monday, so I leave work early on Monday. To find out that the branch that I go to is close on Monday.
Most places you call have people only there to get paid, my credit union has people skills! Period!!!
I love Rize FCU, always so professional, the staff is so great, they supply all my needs.
