I love my CU. Everyone is always so helpful and knowledgeable. Prize also does a really great job and helping you with all of your financial needs.
After hours and hours and hours - a total of 4.7 on the phone yesterday- they have no resolution and no notes. There was a large overpayment, and not one person seems to be able to find where it went. Richard at CULU was intelligent and kind, but it took forever to get to him, and I couldn’t find him today. They assured me they’d call me back, and crickets. I don’t know how we ended up here- it was a scam with a car dealership, but finance your car directly with a legitimate financial institution.
