I wish I could remember her name. But she was absolutely excellent with her customer service skills. She was very patient with me in trying to figure out my issue with Zelle. My problem was resolved without my anxieties kicking in. Some employees seem bothered to help you sometimes. This was definitely not the case. Thank you.
