Update :6/24/25. Intermittently Your phones are not working again. A rep picks up after a long hold (over 12 minutes ) and both started to talk one word and put me back on hold. I don’t mind waiting , it’s the fact I hear the person pick up and possibly realize - it’s not the call they will take and I’m on hold again.
