Recently they have started to add monthly fees of $5. Also they have changed their name and their logo for no reason.
It took over a year to get my title on my car right from a refi. Loans have been hard to get even with paying off my car loan early. And I wanted to come in and open a business account. Only to be called earlier in the day and told not to come in.
Service was prompt, polite and accurate.
I have always found this to be a very good credit union. It is, however, hard to understand why the people cannot help you, and they send you home to do things on your computer. The technology is not always as simple as they seem to want to tell you.
