Two staff members named Sue and Diana are very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. The customer service is awful. Diana had the nerve to say " common sense" as a part of her statement. This is very unprofessional and down grading to say to a paying customer. If you ladies do not enjoy your job, I suggest you find another one.
