Bad customer service, they are all rude and have attitudes. Drivers drive too fast.
It's been recommended what type of service transport I will need, even medically documented. Yet they have only seemed to get it correct twice if the most. I've met some hilarious drivers. I've met some to where I hoped I would make it to my destination in one piece. Not the kind of people, that you want driving a public bus service for sure. I will just keep my prayers going, that I get my car back. And no longer need their service. God bless us all! 🙏
