If you havnt experienced paralyzation or amputation don’t even bother calling. Save yourself the time with intake that took forever just to be asked if I had an amputation or if I’m paralyzed. Was rude anyway, just cuts you off as you’re trying to explain an obviously terrible situation to experience. Find better representation.
My husband was an attorney in Honesdale and when he needed a really sharp lawyer he called on this firm. When my son-in-law had a vehicular accident that wasn’t his fault I remember my husband telling me about Melissa and her office We contacted her and were impressed by the caring and time they gave us. My husband has passed and I am sure he was sitting on my shoulder being happy with our choice. No question was too small or unimportant to any of the staff
This man is a prosecutor at heart, not a defense attorney. I'm sure he does fine with car accidents or DUIs but if you have anything more serious than that, don't waste your money on this guy. He made promises that he had no intention of keeping just to get a non-refundable deposit for his services, which isn't even how most lawyers operate (retainers can usually be refunded depending on the amount of work the lawyer does on the case so you only pay for the work that was actually done, but this guy makes his retainer non-ref... read more
