I do not usually believe in jeopardizing someone’s business through reviews when I don’t totally understand a situation….but would like to communicate my feelings to the staff of this business that what happened to us was frustrating and dishonest. EDIT: your reply cleary shows you take no accountability for errors that happen with your clients. The bottom line is, we were owed 5K, and it took weeks for these funds to be deposited. And no, your office did not answer our emails, we had to do many many reminders via email and via phone. Best of luck The office owed us over $5,000 after our bank sent funds directly to them. The office owed us over $5,000 after our bank sent funds directly to them. We were initially issued a cheque that could not be processed. When we contacted our bank, they confirmed that a new cheque needed to be issued. Despite this, we were told we had to wait for funds to arrive in their trust account. Even though the funds have not left their account. After multiple emails and several unanswered phone calls to reception, a new cheque was finally issued.
