Our first visit but we booked our next stay while we were still there! We absolutely loved everything. The beautifully renovated castle, the history, the wonderful attention to detail in absolutely everything! Snug, cosy, - oh just excellent, amazing! Not enough superlatives Thank you! The fact that we have visited Scargill Castle for several years now speaks volumes as to how much it suits our needs. Spacious and comfortable, historically interesting and inspiring, proof to any and all weathers it cocoons the visitor. The potential for enjoying your own Tudor Feast has tempted us a number of times too. Thank you to attentive, friendly owners.
A wonderful, quirky place to stay. The castle is very well equipped and has everything you would want for a great holiday. The finishing touches in the castle really show the care and attention that the owners have made to restore this beautiful building.
