Next to impossible to get ahold of. My fiancee has tried over and over to get in touch with him.
Took my case took my money did nothing and backed out of my case and has been dodging me for money he owes and said he’d return but had yet to do so

Worst Family Law attorney in Omaha. Used him when he was with another firm. 8k later and nothing to show. Refused to do what was asked and recommended by another attorney. Needless to say. I fired him and went with other attorney. And boom he asked the courts for exactly what James refused to do. And boom it was granted. This guy will take your money and not get anything done to show for it. Spent just about the same with new attorney. And have full custody of my son. With supervised visits for his mom. I honestly don't know what I would have done without James Scarff. He did such a great job on my family court case. He is professional, hard working, articulate, and he helped ease my anxiety while in court. I really cannot thank him enough for everything he has done for us!
