Felt relaxed after remedial massage
I tried the remedial treatment, which was brilliant. I hadnt ever had my jaw area or feet done it was amazing. The therapist targetted all my problematic areas, which unlocked the tightness. Easy shop to get to within view of the esplanade, parkland & ocean
Today I went to see Sonia to help with my mental health. I have never felt heard and understood by any one especially past Psychologists. As soon as Sonia called me in and sat down I felt calm and safe to share my feelings with her. It is the best experience I have ever had. She is amazing.
Molly is an absolute gem of a physio. I have been to many many physios throughout my life and I can honestly say Molly is the best I've ever experienced. Her diagnosis was spot on as was her treatment. I highly highly recommend her. The ladies on reception are lovely too. A very warm and welcoming practice.
So far my only experience is of their clinical psychologist, who is excellent. Will be needing some physiotherapy, etc in the future and will update my review then.
