THE RECEPTIONIST VALERIE SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY. SHE IS ALWAYS TOO RUDE AND MEAN, SO UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!
The receptionists were very rude and disappointing. If you ever have any immigration problems or questions then you will never make it past the receptionist window bcz right there the two ladies will judge you and give you an answer without hearing you fully or booking you for a consulting session with the immigration lawyer. They really have to replace the receptionists there bcz they are very rude and unprofessional.
