Cut me off in my apartment complex, chased me down 4 buildings away and verbally assaulted me, wasn't even my vehicle they were towing. Video proof if you'd like.
I understand that it is my fault that they recovered my vehicle however what a low move to recover it in the middle of the night, like common criminals without any phone call, ring at the doorbell, nothing, waking up and thinking my car was stolen what low move. All phone calls and appointments could have been avoided. How is this any way to run a business and treat a person that obviously is having troubles enough into making them feel worse. Stole my beat pods but god is bigger godbless them and they planted the seed that’s gonna grow for them.
They are a repossession service company, took my truck caused several mechanical damages to it, stole some personal property out of the interior and out of the tool box of my truck even the battery of my truck, I confronted them they blame to the auction company MANHEIM Texas Hobby, Auction company blame SCAR Inc and Capital One does not take any responsability blaming to the others two.
Does anyone answer at this POS Company.
