Staff are very friendly, I do like this shop, I come in everyday, it is my favourite shop in Westbourne.
I am writing this review because of the way my friend (a pensioner) was treated by this shop yesterday. We had recently bought bags in Salisbury, lovely cotton totes which were on sale for £6. My friend saw the exact same bags for sale at Scape for £39.99, she was so surprised she rummaged in her bag to find her phone to take a photo to send me when she was physically accosted by the shop staff who accused of stealing the bag, she was advised to put the bag back! Bought set of 6 dining chairs in faux leather. Justin was very helpful & organised quick delivery. The chairs are beautifully made & were really well packaged arriving with no damage. Justin delivered personally which was a nice touch. Chairs look great.Really pleased all round. Thanks Justin.
It was such a pleasure to go into Scape, the young man that works there was so courteous and polite and went out of his way to help me.
This shop is an Aladdin’s cave. My wife bought a fantastic umbrella from there together with a large bag and a cycle clock, You really must visit this shop for gifts. It’s MAGIC, William Moore
